Trail Location
The trailhead is located on Highway 36, seven miles east of Estes Park, or twelve miles west of Lyons.
Trail Information
The trail goes into Homestead Meadows where there are eight historical homesteads. The homesteads were built in the late 1800s-early 1900s before most were abandoned. There are interpretive signs at each homestead.
