Diamond Peaks Mountain Bike Patrol is an all-volunteer non-profit organization, whose goal is to promote responsible mountain biking and the “Rules of the Trail’ set forth by the International Mountain Bicycling Association (IMBA).

Privacy Policy

DPMBP respects your right to privacy. We will never sell or give away your email address or phone number. If you become a member of DPMBP, your name and snail mail address may be exchanged with other cycling companies and organizations. We won't share your email address or phone number. Members may opt out of such membership list exchanges by sending an EMAIL US HERE.

Our web server automatically collects limited information about your computer's connection to the Internet, including your IP address, when you visit our site. (Your IP address is a number that lets computers attached to the Internet know where to send you data - such as the web pages you view.) Your IP address does not identify you personally. We use this information to deliver our web pages to you upon request and to measure traffic.

DPMBP.org wants to encourage an open exchange of information and ideas. You can expect these areas to include information and opinions from a variety of individuals and organizations other than DPMBP.org. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of any posting, regardless of whether the posting comes from a user, from a celebrity or "expert" guest, or from any member of DPMBP and our staff.

Responsibility for what is posted in the galleries, forums, and other public posting areas on DPMBP.org lies with each user. You alone are responsible for material you post. By using DPMBP.org you agree not to post or transmit any defamatory, abusive, obscene, threatening or illegal material, or any other material that infringes on the ability of others to enjoy DPMBP.org or that infringes on the rights of others. Preserving the Mountain Biking Community

You enjoy throwing a leg over a bike, riding until your heart is content and you enjoy meeting new people that work within our community to preserve the mountain biking experience. Several opportunities await you in the community as a volunteer and as an advocate to make Northern Colorado a home for mountain biking enthusiasts for years to come. You will have the opportunity to become a vital contributor to DPMBP within the organization and in the community.

Working to Preserve the Trail Experience

You love mountain biking and you care about helping other mountain biking enthusiasts to enjoy the trails as much as you do. Certified Mountain Bike Patrollers work to assist other on the trails in medical and or mechanical emergencies. You will have the opportunity to educate trail users of proper etiquette using IMBA’s Rules of the Trail, maintain contact with local land agencies regarding trail conditions or incidents, and work side by side, ride by ride, with Outreach members on advocacy and trail work.
